- How to purchase products

1. Find the item you want
Find an item that suits your taste, such as a jacket or pants.
2. Add to shopping cart
Once you have found the item you want, select your desired color & size using the color and size buttons, click the "Add to cart" button, and proceed to checkout. If you wish to pay with Google Pay or Apple Pay, click the "Buy Now" button to complete the payment more quickly.
*You cannot change the payment method to Google Pay or Apple Pay on the screen after proceeding from the cart.
3. Proceed to order
Enter your name and delivery address, and select your delivery method and payment method. If you are a registered member, your registered customer information will be displayed when you log in, so please confirm it and proceed with the order. Finally, a confirmation screen will appear, so please check it carefully and confirm your order.
4. Confirm your order
When your order is complete, your order number will be displayed on the final confirmation screen, and an order confirmation email will be sent to your registered address. If you do not receive the email, there may be a delay in email delivery, an incorrect registered email address, or the email may not have been sent correctly. If you believe you have placed an order but cannot find it in your "Order History," your order has not been completed successfully due to an error. If your order has been confirmed but you have not received an email, please contact our inquiry desk.
*Regarding domain reception settings
NUTMEG ONLINE STORE by UNITED JAPAN sends emails from the domain "@haward.co.jp". If you have set up domain-specific reception, we apologize for the inconvenience, but please set your settings to receive emails from the above domain.

Shipping fee: 790 yen (Okinawa and Hokkaido: 1,850 yen)
Free shipping for orders totaling 3,980 yen or more
・Delivery time
Orders confirmed by 13:00 on weekdays (Mon-Fri) will be shipped on the same day; otherwise, they will be shipped on the next business day.
Please refer to the diagram below for the estimated number of days until delivery from our shipping to your delivery area.
Business hours: Mon-Fri / 10:00-16:00
*If you wish for a later delivery date, we will ship on that date.
*During year-end and New Year holidays, Obon, and Golden Week, delivery may take longer due to congestion at our distribution center and shipping companies.
*In other unavoidable circumstances, delivery may take longer, but in such cases, we will contact you separately, so please understand.
- Payment methods

The following payment methods are available.
Cash on delivery, credit card, Google Pay, Apple Pay
・Cash on delivery (Cash on delivery / e-Collect)
Please pay the delivery person in exchange for the product upon delivery. Payment to the delivery person can be made with cash, debit card, or credit card.
*Cash on delivery payment may not be available in some remote areas.*Cash on delivery fee = 330 yen (tax included)
・Credit card
Visa, Mastercard, and JCB are accepted.
・Google Pay, Apple Pay
You can pay with the credit card registered to each account.
Please log in with each account when using.
You can make purchases using your registered shipping information and credit card information.
- Returns

If you wish to return a product, please contact our inquiry desk within one week of receiving it.
We will reply with an email detailing the necessary procedures, so please return the product within one week from the date that email was sent.
*In the case of returns due to customer convenience, the return shipping fee will be borne by the customer.
■Return procedure
1. Customer
Within one week of receiving the product, please contact our inquiry desk with your "name," "order number," and "product you wish to return."
2. Our company
After confirming your inquiry, we will reply with a "return procedure email" within one business day of receiving your contact.
3. Customer
Please return the product within one week from the date our "return procedure email" was sent.
4. Our company
After confirming the arrival of the product, we will process it according to the payment method within one business day and send a "return completion email."
After we confirm the arrival of the returned product, we will take the following actions according to the payment method used for the order.
Credit card, Google Pay, Apple Pay:
We will cancel the payment for the product.
Cash on delivery:
We will refund the product price to your specified bank account.
*In the case of returns due to customer convenience, the refund amount will be the product price minus the bank transfer fee.
■Important notes
*In the case of returns due to customer convenience, shipping fees and handling charges will not be refunded.
*Please note that returns cannot be accepted in the following cases:
・Products that have been damaged or soiled due to the customer's responsibility
・Products that have been used once (trying on is acceptable)
・Products that have exceeded the return period (one week after arrival)
・Products without tags (if you have cut off the tag, please return it with the product)
- Size exchange

All products purchased from our store can be exchanged for a different size after purchase.
Furthermore, we are currently offering a service where the shipping fee from "our store -> customer" for size exchanges is free for the first time.
*The shipping fee from "customer -> our store" will be borne by the customer.
If you wish to exchange a product for a different size, please contact our inquiry desk within one week of receiving it.
We will reply with an email detailing the necessary procedures, so please return the product with "shipping fee borne by the customer" within one week from the date that email was sent.
■Exchange procedure
1. Customer
Within one week of receiving the product, please contact our inquiry desk with your "name," "order number," "product name/number you wish to exchange for a different size," and "desired size."
2. Our store
After confirming your inquiry, we will reply with a "size change acceptance email" within one business day of receiving your contact.
3. Customer
Please return the product for size exchange with "shipping fee borne by the customer" within one week from the date our "size change acceptance email" was sent.
4. Our store
After confirming the arrival of the product, we will "ship the exchanged product at our expense" and "send a shipping notification email" within one business day.
■Please note that exchanges cannot be accepted in the following cases:
・Products that have been damaged or soiled due to the customer's responsibility
・Products that have been used once (trying on is acceptable)
・Products that have exceeded the exchange period (one week after arrival)
・Products without tags (if you have cut off the tag, please return it with the product)
*If the exchange product is out of stock, we may process a return instead.
