■ Return Procedure

Please contact our inquiry desk with your "Name," "Order Number," and "Product you wish to return" within one week of receiving the product.
2. Our Company
After confirming your inquiry, we will reply with a "Return Procedure Email" within one business day of receiving your inquiry.
3. Customer
Please return the product within one week of the sending date of our "Return Procedure Email."
4. Our Company
After confirming receipt of the product, we will process the return according to your payment method within one business day and send you a "Return Completion Email."
Once we have confirmed receipt of the returned product, we will process the return according to the payment method used for the original order, as follows:
Credit Card, Google Pay, Apple Pay:
We will cancel the payment for the product.
Cash on Delivery:
We will refund the product price to your designated bank account.
* If the return is due to customer convenience, the refund amount will be the product price minus the bank transfer fee.

* If the return is due to customer convenience, shipping fees and handling charges will not be refunded.
* Please note that returns will not be accepted in the following cases:
・Products that have been damaged or soiled due to the customer's responsibility
・Products that have been used once (trying on is acceptable)
