Regarding returns

Returns Eligibility
Returns are only accepted if you contact us within one week of product arrival.

Returns Conditions
Please note that returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

・Products that have been scratched or damaged by the customer
・Products that have been used (trying on is acceptable)
・Products past the return deadline (one week after arrival)
・Products without tags (if the tag has been cut, please return the tag along with the product)

Return Shipping Cost Burden
For returns of defective products, we will bear the costs for return shipping and reshipment.
For returns due to customer convenience, the customer will be responsible for shipping costs.
